We see ourselves as holistic and interdisciplinary consultants. In Germany you will find us in Cologne, Berlin and Essen. Beyond these locations, we are part of an international network. Our client base includes entrepreneurs as well as private individuals. We are also happy to cooperate with professional colleagues and offer support on complex issues.
When Jürgen Pelka founded the firm in 1977, the future path was already mapped out: The positive experiences of a comprehensive and holistic consulting focused on the individual needs of the clients encouraged him to continuously expand the service activities based on his double qualification as lawyer and tax consultant. This is how today’s interdisciplinary law Pelka started more than four decades ago and became what it is today: A tax-focused law firm, consisting of more than 50 professionals, who bring together the interdisciplinary knowledge for our holistic consulting.
We see things in context and understand consulting as an overall task of various disciplines. It is difficult for clients to always make the right decisions without having all the necessary detailed knowledge in each individual case. Therefore, it is indispensable to be able to fall back on companions who have scientifically founded and practice-oriented knowledge. At the same time, experts are needed who, in addition to a precise knowledge of their field, can recognize the overall tasks and needs of the client and provide holistic advice. By integrating our knowledge across different areas, we are able to evaluate issues from different perspectives and thus can offer help where it really is needed. According to our “door sign” we are lawyers, auditors and tax consultants. However, we see as a part of our client’s success.
The conviction that only the combination of a holistic approach and sound specialist knowledge leads to the economic success of our clients has made us what we are today: an internationally connected tax-focused business law firm that has been part of our client’s solutions for more than 40 years.
